Terms & Conditions

  • All renters must be 21 years of age or older to rent.
  • Passengers Should be 16 years of age or older.
  • All renters must have a valid driver’s license and credit card.
  • Legal guardians must sign for all riders under 18 years of age.
  • RIDERS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE GUARDIAN PRESENT. GUARDIAN MUST SUPERVISE RIDING SAFETY AND ACTIVITIES WHILE RIDING RENTAL UNITS.
  • All renters must have a major credit card that will cover damage deposit and all rental charges at the time of the rental pick up.
  • Each rental unit will require a $1,500 damage deposit.
  • All rentals will be inspected before and after rental return.
  • RENTER WILL PAY ALL MAJOR DAMAGE, BROKEN PARTS, AND REPAIR LABOR COST.
  • All rentals go out rain or shine and there are no refunds for early returns.
  • Drivers carrying minors as a passenger must be 25 or older.
  • Cancellation policy – cancellations 14 days prior to your rental are refundable less a 20 percent cancellation fee. No refunds within 14 days.
